ChallengeRate is a B2B wholesale platform for retail distribution. We are replacing traditional distributors with a local trust network — warehouse partners, sales partners, and guarantors, each covering a local zone. We are live with areca nut (supari) as our first product category, and growing from Surat.

Role Overview

We need someone to own the purchase side of a product category — sourcing, supplier relationships, and stock supply. You'll be responsible for making sure the category never runs short.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the purchase partner (supplier) network for your category

Negotiate supply terms and pricing with purchase partners

Own stock availability — make sure supply matches demand

Onboard new purchase partners as the category grows

Report supply health and flag risks early

What We're Looking For

Experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supplier/vendor management

Understands offline B2B trade — relationships and trust matter

Can negotiate and manage partners directly

Based in Surat, available to work on-site
