ChallengeRate is a B2B wholesale platform for retail distribution. We are replacing traditional distributors with a local trust network — warehouse partners, sales partners, and guarantors, each covering a local zone. We are live with areca nut (supari) as our first product category, and growing from Surat.

Role Overview

We need someone to own the sales side of a product category — sales partners, stock, and numbers. You'll be responsible for how well that category sells.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the sales partner network for your category

Own stock accuracy with warehouse partners

Track sales numbers, pricing, and partner performance

Onboard new sales partners as the category grows

Report category sales health and flag issues early

What We're Looking For

Experience in sales, trading, or distribution

Understands offline B2B trade — relationships and trust matter

Can manage partners directly and hold them accountable

Based in Surat, available to work on-site
