Required Qualifications

Three-Year Diploma / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CAD drafting for railway bridge projects.
• Hands-on experience in preparing General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) for railway bridges.
• Strong knowledge of railway bridge drawings, detailing, and engineering standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparation of technical drawings.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed General Arrangement Drawings (GADs) for various Railway Bridge Projects as per approved design inputs and project specifications.
• Develop GADs for Road Over Bridges (ROB), Road Under Bridges (RUB), Important Bridges, Major Bridges, and Minor Bridges.
• Prepare plan, elevation, longitudinal sections, cross-sections, and other relevant bridge layout drawings.
• Develop bridge drawings incorporating span arrangements, pier and abutment locations, foundation layouts, and approach configurations.
• Prepare and modify CAD drawings based on inputs from Structural Design Engineers and railway authorities.
• Ensure drawings comply with applicable Indian Railways Standards, RDSO Guidelines, IRC Codes, and project-specific requirements.
