Job Role:- UI/UX Designer

Job Location:- India/Remote

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Modernize existing applications through UX improvements, refactoring support, and Traditional-to-Reactive UI migration.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues across UI, application logic, and integration layers in collaboration with developers.
• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and perform usability testing to validate design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
• Apply user-centred design principles, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, and responsive design practices.
• Collaborate with developers, SMEs, and stakeholders to communicate design decisions and ensure implementation quality.
• Work independently within defined architectural guidelines while maintaining ownership of UX quality and delivery.

Skills & Requirements:-

• Experience in UI/UX modernization, UX uplift, refactoring, and Traditional-to-Reactive migration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills across UI, logic, and integration layers.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, usability, and accessibility principles.
• Experience in user research, requirements gathering, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and frontend concepts is an advantage.
