Business Development Associate

Are you passionate about sales, networking, and building client relationships? We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our growing team in Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, warm calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations, and effectively manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Engage with prospective clients, deliver impactful presentations, and address client queries and objections confidently.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to support revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress within CRM platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong research, organizational, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
