Sales Officer

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Retail and Home Theater products to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide product information.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with the showroom/retail team for smooth order processing.
• Stay updated on products, features, and new offerings.
