Key Responsibilities - Source and acquire customers for Business Loans through open market channels, referrals, and direct sales activities.

• Achieve monthly business, disbursement, and revenue targets assigned for the territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with SMEs, MSMEs, self-employed professionals, traders, and business owners.
• Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities.
• Manage and engage DSAs, connectors, and referral partners to generate leads.
• Evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable business financing solutions.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for seamless loan processing and disbursement.
• Ensure portfolio quality by adhering to credit and compliance guidelines.
• Monitor competition and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Drive cross-selling of other banking products and services.
