• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Handle stakeholder communication and understand hiring requirements.
• Work on niche and challenging positions.
• Ensure timely submissions and successful closures.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably IT hiring.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
