Horizon Nexus Partners - Intermediate (Book-Keeping)

Talent Formula (www.talentformula.co) is a consulting firm that offers outsourced financial and accounting Human Resources to Chartered Accounting firms worldwide. We are currently sourcing for our client Horizon Nexus Partners, who are in looking for an addition for their offshore unit in India to support their Australian team. We are looking for an Accountant to join the team.

Ideally, The Candidates Will Fit The Following Requirements/experience

• Have at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience in a public practice accounting firm
• Be skilled in MYOB and Xero (essential) and other accounting packages (not essential, but a bonus)
• Be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
• Work well in a team environment but also autonomously
• Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
  

The position is for Horizon Nexus Partners but you will also report to local managers in our Talent Formula Office. The role will entail ensuring tasks and deliverables are met on a daily basis in an efficient, timely and accurate manner.

These Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To

• End to end bookkeeping – managing all core weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks
• Entering transactions into MYOB/xero
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll
• Ad hoc administration duties
• Quarterly BAS
