Role: Technical Sales Specialist – Enterprise Solutions

• Account Acquisition & Growth: Identify, target, and convert enterprise and mid-market accounts while managing long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

• OEM Ecosystem Engagement: Co-sell closely with OEM partner teams—including Cisco, Arista, Dell, HPE, Supermicro, Nutanix, and cloud platform providers.

• Full Lifecycle B2B Sales: Lead end-to-end sales processes—from opportunity mapping and technical solutioning to commercial negotiation, RFP responses, and deal closure.

• Consultative Selling: Work with presales and solution architects to position custom enterprise networking, cybersecurity, compute/storage, hybrid cloud, and managed service architectures.

• Target Achievement: Consistently deliver revenue and gross margin targets across regional territories.
  
  

• 8–10 years of solid B2B enterprise sales experience in Network & Security, IT Infrastructure, Cloud, or Managed Services.

• Strong hands-on exposure working within major OEM partner ecosystems.

• Proven track record of managing multi-crore quotas and complex enterprise deal cycles.

• Deep consultative skills in account planning, pipeline forecasting, executive presentation, and commercial negotiations.

• Degree in Engineering, CS, IT, or related fields (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
