Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain end user computing environments including desktops laptops and mobile devices

Implement and manage collaboration technologies and solutions

Oversee desktop management including software deployment patch management and security configurations

Manage directory services including Active Directory and Azure AD

Implement and manage laptop management solutions

Utilize Intune SCCM and MDM for device management and policy enforcement

Administer and support Office 365 Teams and Webex environments
