Blank The Agency is a boutique creative agency from Mumbai. We build campaigns, social media, branding, influencer marketing, films, BTL and websites for brands across luxury real estate, FMCG, education, healthcare and D2C - including OYO, Croma, Bajaj Electricals, Yoga Bar, Billabong School and the Mumbai Cricket Association.

We are hiring a Sales Manager to own new business end to end.

Role: Sales Manager (1 opening)

Location: On-site, Kandivali East, Mumbai

Type: Full-time

Experience: 3-6 years

Compensation: Rs 8-12 LPA, based on experience

What you will own:

- New business pipeline: prospecting, outreach and qualifying brands

- First meetings and pitches to marketing and brand teams

- Proposals, scopes, pricing and negotiation, working directly with the founders

- Closing retainers and projects across campaigns, social media, branding, influencer marketing, films, BTL and websites

- Clean handover to client servicing and creative teams after closure

- Monthly revenue targets and a clean, updated pipeline

Who we are looking for:

- 3-6 years of sales or business development experience, ideally at a creative, advertising, digital or social media agency

- You have carried a revenue target and met it, and can point to deals you closed yourself

- You understand agency services and can talk to brand managers and CMOs in their language

- Strong communicator, polished in person and over email, hungry to build

- Based in Mumbai and comfortable working on-site from Kandivali East
