KOL Engagement: Cultivate long-term, high-trust relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and institutional buyers.
Market Intelligence: Leverage field metrics and digital analytics to optimize territory coverage and ROI.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

Dual-Track Experience: 5+ years in pharma commercial roles with proven success in both field sales management and digital marketing execution.
Execution Mindset: Hands-on leader capable of building territory strategies and coaching field executives in real time.
