  • Run program governance: status reporting, risk and dependency tracking, escalations
  • Plan and track delivery using tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Coordinate across engineering, QE, and business stakeholders
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and resolve conflicts
  • Must-have
  • Hands-on TPM or Scrum Master experience (not just QE or project delivery)
  • Strong Agile/Scrum depth
  • Proven multitasking across priorities and stakeholders
  • Ownership and leadership maturity
  • Currently or recently working
