D2C UGC Shoot Coordinator (Brand Manager)

Monastic Media is a D2C performance marketing and e-commerce agency in Piplod, Surat. We make ad videos and run Meta and Google ads for D2C (direct-to-consumer) brands: ₹40 Cr+ in ad spend managed, ₹175 Cr+ in revenue created for brands, 5+ years.

As our D2C UGC Shoot Coordinator (Brand Manager) you plan and run UGC shoots for our D2C client brands. You turn each brand's brief into a shoot plan, line up creators, send call sheets, run the set on the day and keep the brand updated from brief to final videos.

This is a full-time, in-office role in Surat. You work with brands, creators, our cinematographers, scriptwriters and video editors.

What you will do

• Plan shoots with creators and brands: dates, locations, products and shot lists
• Make call sheets and share them with the crew and creators
• Run the set on shoot day so every planned shot is done on time
• Send clients clear updates and collect their feedback on videos
• Keep each brand's shoots, scripts and deliveries on schedule

What we look for

• 1+ years in brand management, production coordination or client servicing
• Very organised: you keep many shoots and people on schedule
• Clear spoken and written English, plus Hindi or Gujarati for creators and clients
• Interest in D2C brands, Instagram reels and UGC ads
• Based in Surat or ready to move to Surat

Nice to have

• Experience working with creators or influencers
• Time on a shoot set
