Has a broad skillset with Splunk. Experienced with Cloud (Admin) Content-onboarding SPL optimization HEC syslog SC4S App lifecycle management - required with 3-5 yrs experience minimally

Unix Windows to support on-prem environment prefer to have a Unix resource - Mandate

Familiarity with shell scripting ie bash/linux being able to use Shell - Mandate

Familiarity with JSON/Regex and parsing - Mandate

Familiarity with Python scripting - Mandate

Familiarity with deploying configuration through pipeline

Familiarity with ServiceNow

Familiarity with Ansible

Familiarity with Cribl

Basic knowledge of Docker deployments

Some basic experience using AI tools to support daily work

Soft Skills

Individual is comfortable with Technology

Individual takes the initiative learns quickly and is independent

Has a problem-solving and trouble-shooting mindset

Has experience creating/opening Support cases with the vendor

Has experience communicating directly with Customers to obtain the necessary data to execute on a request

Individual has experience in a Lead/Leadership role
