Instrumentation Engineer

Experience: 5+ years

Education: B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Extensive experience in oil & gas projects, with exposure to offshore and LNG preferred
• Ensure quality, budget, and schedule compliance for instrumentation activities
• Execute proposals, man-hour estimation, EPC development, and FEED/basic engineering
• Strong knowledge of international instrumentation codes and standards
• Participate in SIL, HAZOP, FAT, and other safety/quality activities
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams; review P&IDs and specifications
• Prepare/review MTOs, RFQs, TBEs, VDRs, and key design deliverables (layouts, wiring, hook-ups)
• Hands-on in instrument sizing, control systems (DCS, ESD, F&GS), and SPI (INTOOLS)
