Customer Support Executive

ACCOMATION.IO is a fintech company building smart pre-accounting automation integrated with Tally ERP, and we're growing our team. We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who is passionate about helping customers succeed.

In This Role, You Will

• Handle customer queries via calls and emails
• Provide remote product assistance and screen-sharing support to customers
• Guide customers through onboarding and basic product training
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, effective solutions
• Perform follow-ups to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and improve the product
  
  

Who Should Apply

• A Commerce graduate (B.Com/BBA) with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude, freshers welcome.
• Exposure to Tally ERP or accounting software is a bonus (training provided).
