I’m hiring a Customer Relationship Manager for an Indian luxury perfumery house, serving customers in India and abroad.

Ambala Cantt | On-site | Full-time

6 days a week | 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, calls, email and social media.
• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fragrances.
• Handle order queries, deliveries, returns and exchanges, following through until concerns are resolved.

• Enjoy working with people, take initiative and follow through.
• Communicate clearly in English and Hindi.
• Are comfortable with digital tools and willing to learn how to use AI.
• Are based in or around Ambala Cantt.
