Academic Counselor

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Academic Counselors who can guide parents and students toward the right learning programs, convert leads into admissions, and contribute to the center’s revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective parents and students through inbound and outbound calls.
• Understand students’ academic needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
• Counsel parents on course offerings, benefits, and learning outcomes.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
• Achieve monthly sales, admission, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and sales updates in the CRM.
• Build strong relationships with parents and ensure a positive enrollment experience.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Interest in sales, counseling, and education.
• Target-oriented with good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Freshers and experienced candidates with relevant sales or counseling experience may apply.
