Responsibilities

Job Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care across general departments, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any significant changes to the medical team.
Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures.
Deliver emergency support and respond promptly to critical situations, employing appropriate nursing interventions.
Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, including patient histories and care plans.
Educate and counsel patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a high standard of patient care.
Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control policies.
