Area Lead Engineer Civil & Structural

Key Responsibilities

Lead civil & structural engineering activities for assigned project areas
Execute design of foundations, steel & RCC structures, pipe racks, and buildings
Review and ensure accuracy of design calculations, drawings, and deliverables
Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and client specifications
Coordinate with piping, mechanical, electrical, and other disciplines for design integration
Interface with vendors and clients for technical clarifications and approvals
Support construction activities and site queries with timely engineering solutions
Ensure adherence to project quality, schedule, and cost targets

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of civil & structural design codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocodes)
Experience in industrial structures, foundation design, and RCC/steel structures
Proficiency in design & analysis tools (STAAD, ETABS, SAFE, etc.)
Familiarity with EPC workflows and multidisciplinary coordination
