Roles and Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve scalable test automation strategies covering desktop, device, embedded, API and web application platforms.
• Architect, build and maintain modular, reusable automation frameworks and establish engineering standards for test development.
• Design and implement performance, load, security and reliability testing strategies using appropriate tooling and engineering practices.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates for reliable, repeatable software delivery.
• Evaluate testing tools, review automation code, mentor QA engineers and partner with engineering and product leadership to close testing gaps.

Skills Required:

• 12 - 16 years of experience in software quality engineering, including at least 5 years in a test architecture or technical leadership role.
• Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET or Python, with extensive experience designing maintainable test automation solutions.
• Strong experience with load balancing, jMeter, OWASP and SonarQube for non-functional testing, application security and code quality analysis.
• Proven ability to design automation architectures and reusable frameworks for complex software products.
• Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD environments and validating APIs, web applications, desktop software or embedded systems.

Good to Have:

• Experience with API testing practices and tools.

Education : BE, B.Tech, M.E or M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related discipline.
