Job Description:

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)

Mandatory Qualifications:

•5+ years hands-on experience with Time Tracking and/or Absence Management in an

analyst, configurator, or technical lead role.

•Minimum two full lifecycle implementations of Time and/or Absence (design → go‑live).

• Strong understanding of Payroll concepts, time entry logic, accrual rules, and compliance requirements.

• Experience with Workday API/web services.

• Familiarity with all domain components: configuration, BP, security, integrations, reporting.

• Experience using PMM (waterfall) or similar structured project methodologies.

•Experience integrating workday with local payroll systems.

• Experience providing mentorship or functional coaching to junior analysts.
