Roles and Responsibilities:

Prioritize work across multiple projects and engineering teams while maintaining delivery focus and alignment with business objectives.
Partner with platform owners, business owners, product owners, development teams, and management to define requirements, decisions, and project delivery strategies.
Review feature requests, establish delivery plans, and guide teams through successful implementation and release.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, contingencies, scope, quality, cost, and schedule throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members; support hiring, onboarding, capability development, and succession planning.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean management and agile principles, using delivery metrics and appropriate project management tools.
Oversee complex customer implementations, production problem resolution, and development of productivity-enabling solutions.
Establish and maintain effective project governance, documentation, quality practices, and stakeholder communication.

Skills Required:

10 to 15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience managing software projects and teams.
Strong project management experience covering planning, estimation, monitoring, control, risk management, and delivery governance.
Proven people management experience leading, mentoring, hiring, and developing software engineering teams.
Ability to manage delivery across scope, quality, cost, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Experience in software development or software testing environments, with familiarity with application lifecycle management tools.

Good to Have:

Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
