As our UK businesses continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our Chandigarh office and play a key role in attracting top talent across the UK market.

Sector 26, Chandigarh | Onsite | 1pm - 10pm IST
6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential to become permanent)

The Role

You'll be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple UK vacancies
• Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
• Screening and shortlisting applicants
• Building talent pipelines and supporting hiring managers
• Delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What We're Looking For

• Previous agency or internal recruitment experience
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and headhunting skills
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and organised approach
