THE OPPORTUNITY

Help shape how a leading fashion brand tells its stories through video. As a Video Editor & AI Video Creator, you will be at the forefront of creating compelling ad creatives, seasonal campaign launches, high-energy reels, and polished product showcases. You will bridge traditional post-production finesse with state-of-the-art generative AI video workflows to produce visually stunning, performance-driven video assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• End-to-End Video Production: Edit high-converting direct-response ads, engaging organic short-form reels/TikToks/Shorts, and high-production brand campaign videos.
• AI Video Generation & Prompting: Harness modern generative AI video and imagery tools (e.g., Runway Gen-2/Gen-3, Midjourney, Kling, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, ComfyUI) to build conceptual visuals, backgrounds, b-roll, and fashion narratives.
• Product Aesthetic & Brand Storytelling: Showcase fabric textures, apparel silhouettes, styling details, and fit dynamics with uncompromising visual polish and pacing.
• Sound Design & Motion Typography: Craft engaging audio experiences using sound effects, beat-synced rhythm, trending music cues, kinetic typography, and snappy visual hooks.
• Performance Creative Iteration: Collaborate closely with performance marketers and art directors to analyze creative metric trends (Thumbstop rates, CTR, ROAS) and rapidly test visual variations, hooks, and call-to-actions.
• Idea Ownership & Creative Autonomy: Pitch visual concepts from scratch, propose novel visual formats, and take full ownership of bringing your ideas from rough cut to final master across all digital brand channels.

• Strong Visual Eye: An innate sense of visual pacing, composition, color grading, lighting, and modern aesthetic trends suited for fashion and lifestyle commerce.
• Hands-on Editing Mastery: Proficiency in industry-standard editing suites (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve, alongside CapCut for rapid short-form iteration).
• AI Experimentation & Curiosity: Active hands-on experience or proven curiosity in AI generative media tools for video generation, style transfer, upscale, and automated asset augmentation.
• Obsession with Product Detail: A sharp eye for apparel presentation, garment colors, textures, and lifestyle framing that elevates customer desire.
• Ownership & Speed: Ability to operate with agility in a high-growth environment, self-directing edits, managing tight turnaround cycles, and maintaining high creative standards.
• Original Thinking Over Formality: A portfolio demonstrating original execution, problem-solving, and clear intentionality over boilerplate templates.
