(Candidate with 5 Yrs to 8 Yrs of experience to manage the HR function for spinning unit. Capable to handle plant manpower, Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, PF/ESI and labour law, compliance, Handle employee grievances, discipline, welfare and engagement activities. Develop HR policies and performance appraisal systems. Able to Maintain HR records and reports Immediate Joiners preferred)

Salary: 4.80 lakhs to 6.00 lakhs PA.
