Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executives to join our team. The role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, HRMS management, and HR operations while working with multiple clients and supporting their HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Understand hiring requirements from clients and prepare job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Support offer rollouts and candidate joining follow-ups.
• Employee Onboarding
• Coordinate the joining process for selected candidates.
• Collect and verify required joining documents.
• Maintain employee records and onboarding checklists.
• Assist with induction and joining formalities.
• Ensure employee information is accurately documented and updated.
• HRMS & HR Documentation
• Update and maintain employee information in HRMS platforms.
• Ensure employee records, recruitment status, and joining details are accurate.
• Maintain digital employee files, trackers, and HR databases.
• Support routine HR reporting and MIS preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
• HR Operations & Client Coordination
• Coordinate with clients regarding hiring updates and HR requirements.
• Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities.
• Maintain professional communication with candidates, employees, and clients.
• Support other HR consulting assignments as required.
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR) is required.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates who have completed an HR internship during their MBA will be preferred.
• Candidates with less than one year of relevant experience may apply.
• Applicants of any gender are welcome.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and office tools.
