Senior Manager, GAI in Human Capital

Job Description

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate should hold- Basic qualifications: ─ A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field ─ 8 to 12 years of overall professional experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading technology, data, and/or AI-driven initiatives in complex environments ─ Hands-on experience building AI applications in Python using patterns and frameworks such as RAG, agentic workflows, MCP, and/or LangGraph (or equivalent) ─ Experience with LLM application architecture and evaluation (e.g., quality, grounding, hallucination, safety, latency/cost), including test set design and iterative improvement ─ Prior experience partnering closely with engineering and product teams on enterprise-scale platforms and contributing to governance, risk, and responsible-AI frameworks ─ Demonstrated experience building, scaling, and managing teams of technically or analytically oriented professionals ─ Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, manage multiple workstreams, and drive execution through cross-functional dependencies ─ Robust program and stakeholder management skills: prioritization, roadmap planning, decision-making, and executive communication ─ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives Preferred qualifications: ─ The ability to deliver AI solutions in Human Capital domains (e.g., recruiting, assessment, learning, people analytics) ─ Familiarity with modern AI development and productivity tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent)
