Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled EV Bike Service Engineer to handle servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electric bikes while ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of EV bikes.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
• Troubleshoot battery, motor, controller, wiring, and charging-related issues.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and functional tests.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and operating procedures to customers.
• Maintain service records and spare parts requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding service schedules.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and service standards.
  
  

Required Skills

• Knowledge of EV systems, electrical wiring, and basic electronics.
• Troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of multimeters and basic diagnostic tools.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
