Sr. Launch Engineer - Wet Slurry & Conveyance SME

Purpose of the Role

This role focuses on ensuring slurry integrity is preserved between mixing and coating, preventing particle segregation, air entrainment, contamination, and rheology drift that impact coating quality and yield during launch and ramp.

• Own technical guidance for slurry conveyance systems, including:
• Electrode Manufacturing Interface

Job Context

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering
• 10+ years experience in slurry‑based manufacturing systems, preferably lithium‑ion batteries
• Direct experience with wet electrode processing for NMC systems
