Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer
MISSION
Research, Design and Development of Industrial SW tools , through working closely with the Vision R&D team and gaining clear understanding of product requirements. Development of fully featured test systems for supporting from early prototype / feasibility stage and up to high Volume, tightly regulated production processes .
Responsibilities
General
❖ Drive Test Engineering best practices from Prototyping to Series Production.
❖ Leverage World Class R&D and Production Teams both locally and internationally to quickly understand Project requirements, risks, milestones and develop test strategy timing plans and deliverables.
❖ Drive mindset of Continuous Development and Continuous Improvement
Software Development Life Cycle
❖ Development / Validation / Deployment / Integration of cutting edge technologies, latest communication standards and automation techniques
❖ Development of internal / external Vision P2 Industrial Production test systems / code modules. ❖ Document and share HLD / LLD as part of project
❖ Review Requirements and add Development Comments in Codebeamer
❖ Drive Production Tools Execution Cycle Time Improvements
❖ Standardize Production Test Tools as Off The Shelf Tools
❖ Closely work with Vision R&D team to import tools for production standards
❖ Conduct post-release / post-deployment testing
❖ Provide formal (documented) training as part of Project handover to Production team
Education/Training
❖ Bachelor in Engineering or Equivalent
Professional Experience (Essential)
❖ 3 to 5 Years Experience within the Electronics Manufacturing Environment (ideally Automotive Electronics).
❖ NI LabVIEW Development (2 - 3 Years). Minimum CLD Certification.
❖ NI Teststand Development (2 - 3 Years). CTD Certification is an advantage.
❖ Experience in C, C++ for Industrial Tools Development (2 - 3 Years).
❖ Experience in AI / ML / Python programming / Deep Learning framework PyTorch (1 - 2 years).
❖ Experience in test tools development for Automotive Camera.
❖ Exposure to Automotive Camera Manufacturing Process (Lens Alignment & EOL Tests etc).
❖ Hands-on experience with LLMs & Generative AI.
❖ Exposure to Prompt Engineering, RAG and Vector Databases.
❖ Build LLM based applications & Intelligent Automation Tools.
❖ Experience in Development & Deployment of AI / ML solutions.
❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI solutions.
❖ Experience Testing & Validation. ISTQB CTFL Certification is an advantage.
❖ Development / Testing management (Core-ALM, Codebeamer etc)
❖ Version management (Git-Hub, SVN etc), Report Management (JFrog, Nexus etc)
