We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager | MAALDE, Ahmedabad

MAALDE is a fast-growing B2B ethnic wear wholesale brand serving 5,000+ retailers across India, with 500+ new designs launching every month. We're now building our digital growth engine, and we need a Performance Marketing Manager to lead it.

We don't just need someone who creates ads. We need someone who makes ads perform.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns

• Build strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness

• Own the ad budget and make every rupee count

• Track and improve CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates

• Find the right audiences and sharpen targeting

• A/B test creatives, ad copy, audiences, and campaign structures

• Work with our creative team on high-performing ad creatives and videos

• Set up and monitor lead and conversion tracking

• Share regular performance reports with clear, actionable insights

• Keep testing new strategies to beat your own numbers

What We're Looking For

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field

• 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience

• Strong practical command of Meta Ads Manager (Google Ads is a plus)

• Solid grasp of funnels, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion tracking

• Experience managing ad budgets and making data-driven decisions

• A creative mind backed by a sharp analytical approach

Important: You must have personally managed and optimized live ad campaigns. Theoretical knowledge alone won't be enough.
