Back office / Operation Executive- English, Hindi (Indore Location)

Job role:

We are looking for Operations Executive for back office work. No travel involved. The job includes processing address verification cases received from end clients and coordinating with Field Executives spread all over India via our CRM, Emails, and mobile Calls. Ability to communicate properly on phone is a must. Hands-on experience of working on Computer & Internet is required.

Candidate with knowledge of these languages preferred: Hindi & English.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership and responsibility for completion of cases allotted to you
• Allotment of cases to field executive using CRM, email, phone, mobile app
• Following up with Field Executive to get visit done & get reports
• Updating reports & information collected on the field into CRM
• Assisting team members for other office work
• Taking ownership of work assigned to you and delivering before the due date
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in the industry
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1+ years spent working in back office/operations work
• Basic Computer skills, MS Office & Internet knowledge
