We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing APIs and Excipients for new product development projects.

• Experience : 8 + Years
• Qualification Essential: B.E. / B.Pharm Preferred: MBA / M.Pharm.
• Department: Procurement

Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic sourcing of APIs and Excipients for development and commercialization projects
• Supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and onboarding
• Commercial negotiations, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives
• End-to-end management of samples, documentation, audits, agreements, and material availability
• Supplier support for development, exhibit, validation, and commercial quantities
• Cross-functional collaboration with F&D, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and Procurement teams
• Management of CDAs, Technical Agreements, and Supply Agreements
• Timely closure of supplier-related technical, analytical, regulatory, and commercial requirements
• Preparation of sourcing dashboards, MIS reports, project trackers, and management reviews

Required Skills

• Experience in pharmaceutical strategic sourcing and supplier management
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Understanding of regulatory, analytical, and technical sourcing requirements
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining speed, quality, compliance, and cost competitiveness
