Position Details
Job Description – Senior Full Stack Architect (.NET, React, Microservices, Kafka & Azure)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Architect with strong expertise in designing and architecting scalable, cloud-native full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in React, C#, .NET, Microservices Architecture, Event-Driven Systems, Kafka-based integrations, distributed architectures, and Azure Cloud.
The candidate will be responsible for defining end-to-end application architecture across frontend and backend layers, establishing technical standards, and delivering scalable, secure, and highly available solutions for logistics and supply chain platforms supporting real-time operational workflows and orchestration services.
Your Future Duties and Responsibilities
Must Have Skills
Frontend Development & Architecture
Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend application development.
Experience in designing scalable frontend architectures and reusable component-based applications.
Strong understanding of Micro Frontend architecture and implementation.
Experience with state management, frontend performance optimization, and responsive application design.
Strong knowledge of frontend-backend integration and REST API consumption.
Understanding of frontend security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
Backend Development & Architecture
Strong expertise in C# and .NET Backend Development.
Extensive experience in designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development.
Experience with OpenAPI 3 and API-first architecture principles.
Expertise in Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture.
Strong experience with MongoDB, including data modelling and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of distributed systems and asynchronous communication patterns.
Cloud & DevOps Architecture
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Architecture and cloud-native services.
Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized application architecture.
Experience in defining and implementing CI/CD strategies and pipelines.
Experience with cloud-native scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, and resiliency patterns.
Architectural Design & Engineering Practices
Strong understanding and implementation experience of:
CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation).
Idempotency patterns.
Event replay mechanisms.
Distributed systems and distributed transactions.
Scalability, performance optimization, and resiliency patterns.
Strong understanding of OWASP secure application and API development practices.
Experience in monitoring, observability, and distributed tracing tools:
OpenTelemetry.
Prometheus.
Jaeger.
Good to Have Skills
Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management Systems.
Exposure to workflow orchestration platforms and business rules engines.
Experience with ArgoCD and GitOps-based deployment strategies.
Knowledge of Kafka Source and Sink concepts.
Experience with GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development tools.
Experience in designing enterprise-scale Micro Frontend applications.
Knowledge of frontend build tools, automated testing frameworks, and modern UI engineering practices.
Understanding of cloud-native scalability and resiliency patterns.

Define and drive end-to-end full-stack architecture and technical strategies for enterprise-scale applications using React, C#, and .NET.
Architect scalable, maintainable, and reusable frontend applications using React and Micro Frontend architecture.
Design and develop scalable backend Microservices using C# and .NET.
Define frontend and backend integration architecture, API contracts, and technical standards.
Architect and design distributed, event-driven systems supporting high-volume, real-time business transactions.
Define API architecture and governance standards following OpenAPI 3 and API-first principles.
Design and implement asynchronous integrations and event-processing solutions using Apache Kafka.
Establish architectural patterns for CQRS, idempotency, event replay, error handling, and distributed system reliability.
Define secure, resilient, scalable, and highly available full-stack application architecture.
Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance to frontend and backend development teams.
Define cloud infrastructure and deployment architecture using Azure and Kubernetes.
Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and distributed tracing standards.
Drive CI/CD, DevOps, and GitOps best practices across frontend and backend applications.
Identify performance bottlenecks and drive architecture-level optimization initiatives.
Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, and provide technical mentorship to development teams.
Collaborate with product owners, frontend developers, backend developers, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, security practices, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with relevant industry experience.
