Job Description – Sales Manager (Home Loan / LAP)

Department: Sales – Home Loan / Loan Against Property

Function: Business Development

Role Purpose

To drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business by sourcing quality customers through DSAs, builder connectors and other channel partners, while achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate Home Loan and LAP business through DSAs, builder connectors and other sourcing channels.
• Identify, onboard and develop relationships with new DSAs, builders and channel partners.
• Achieve assigned monthly business targets and drive loan disbursements.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of channel partners to ensure continuous business sourcing.
• Manage customer relationships and guide customers throughout the loan application process.
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth processing and timely disbursement.
• Maintain regular follow-ups on login, approval, sanction and disbursement of cases.
• Monitor market activities and identify new business opportunities.
  
  

Business Requirements

• Business Target: ₹45–50 lakh.
• Average Ticket Size: Approximately ₹1 Crore.
• Sourcing Channels: Builder Connectors and DSAs.
• ROI: 10–16%.
  
  

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate / MBA preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Home Loan / LAP sales.
• Experience in NBFCs, Housing Finance Companies or banks.
• Strong experience in DSA and channel partner sourcing.
• Good market knowledge and relationship management skills.
