Responsibilities

Job Description

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the general department, ensuring adherence to established hospital protocols and standards.
Conduct detailed patient assessments to determine individual care requirements and document findings accurately.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining strict adherence to dosage and administration guidelines.
Implement effective infection control practices to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
Provide emergency support, including Basic Life Support, to manage critical situations promptly and efficiently.
Maintain precise clinical documentation, ensuring all patient records are up-to-date and reflect the current status and care provided.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care to promote recovery and wellness.
