Job Title: PMO Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a PMO Analyst with 1 to 5 years of experience to support project management activities across Lean PD Ops workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, industry-standard knowledge, and expertise in project management tools and techniques, particularly within the automotive domain. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple priorities and effectively communicating with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day project management activities ensuring alignment with overall team objectives.
• Help set priorities and organize work to enable effective execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand new problem spaces, ask clarifying questions, and translate ambiguous directions into actionable support.
• Identify risks and issues across workstreams, collaborating with stakeholders to propose and track mitigation plans.
• Prepare clear and concise materials for executive leadership to inform decision-making.
• Support the development of business cases, including gathering inputs and coordinating stakeholder feedback.
• Track progress against milestones, maintain accurate status reporting, and escalate issues as needed.
• Organize, run, and document meetings, ensuring clear action items and follow-through.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordinated execution.
• Contribute ideas and recommendations to continuously improve team processes.
  
  

Essential Skills

• Experience with project management tools and techniques.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, specifically Excel with VBA or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships across cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with automotive-specific terminology and product development lifecycles.
