About LVC Comedy

LVC Comedy is a talent management agency representing the best comedians in India. The company works across artist management, brand partnerships, content deals with OTT platforms, and live shows and touring. Its brand partnerships division focuses on comedy.

About the role

You'll help develop business with brands and artists. Your focus will be shaped around your strengths, particularly during the initial months, rather than necessarily handling every stage of sales alone.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Work on lead generation, pitching or closing, depending on your assigned focus.

• Identify and approach business opportunities when focused on lead generation.

• Present opportunities and work towards converting them into deals when focused on pitching and closing.

• Partner with colleagues with complementary strengths on client opportunities.

• Work across business involving both brands and artists, reporting directly to the hiring manager.

Who we're looking for

• Prior sales experience and the ability to contribute beyond a pure trainee level.

• Candidates from other industries are welcome. Entertainment experience is helpful, but not essential.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a sales team.

Salary: 8 LPA - 15 LPA + incentives
