The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Management Professional who can independently handle end-to-end tendering activities, from identifying opportunities to bid submission and post-tender follow-ups.

What You'll Do

• Identify and track government, PSU and institutional tender opportunities.
• Manage end-to-end tender preparation, documentation and online submissions.
• Work on government portals such as GeM, CPP Portal and other e-tendering platforms.
• Analyse tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Technical teams for bid preparation.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of tenders.
• Track submitted bids, evaluation status, results and post-bid requirements.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management or Government Procurement.
• Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal and e-tendering platforms is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of technical and commercial bid preparation.
• Good understanding of EMD, Bank Guarantees and tender compliance.
• Excellent coordination, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.

Experience in drone technology, aerospace, agriculture, manufacturing, engineering or industrial equipment industries.
