Engineer Specialist, CSA
Shape Complex Industrial Projects as a Structural Design Engineer
Are you ready to take the next step in your engineering career? Join a role where you will execute structural engineering for large industrial projects, from steel layouts and structural design to detailed engineering and calculations. You will work with boiler, evaporator, pipe rack, and auxiliary structures, applying your expertise in STAAD modeling and international design standards. This is an opportunity to influence project quality, mentor engineering talent, and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. If you enjoy combining technical depth with project impact, this role offers the challenge and responsibility to help drive successful project execution.
Your Responsibilities
Success in this role comes from combining strong steel structural design expertise with the ability to execute engineering work independently and accurately. You will need proven experience in STAAD modeling, structural calculations, and applying Indian and international design codes to complex industrial structures. Equally important is your ability to collaborate across disciplines, maintain high-quality standards, guide engineering teams, and consistently deliver project outputs on schedule.
