Design Engineer - ATP

• High proficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens NX, Creo, or AutoCAD.
  
  

 Domain & Hardware Knowledge

• Understanding of Cobot and Industrial Robot specifications, kinematics, and payload curves (Universal Robots, Fanuc CRX/CR series, Doosan, KUKA LBR iiwa, ABB GoFa/YuMi, Yaskawa).
• Familiarity with AMR/AGV architectures (MiR, OTTO Motors, Fetch, Omron) and emerging humanoid robotics deployment concepts.
• Expertise in pneumatic circuit design, vacuum calculation/selection, sensor mounting (inductive, photoelectric, 2D/3D vision cameras), and modular framing (80/20, Bosch Rexroth, welded steel frames).
  
  

 Standards & Methodologies

• Strong application of GD&T (ASME Y14.5M), tolerance stack-up analysis, and machining/fabrication drafting standards.
• In-depth understanding of robotic/machine safety standards (ISO 10218-1/-2, ISO/TS 15066, ANSI/RIA R15.06, OSHA 1910).
• Familiarity with DFMEA, DFM/DFA principles, and Lean assembly cell design.
