Principal Activities

Identification of business from existing and prospective customers in respective territory or areas of responsibility
Techno commercial negotiation, coordination at RFQ stage , follow up for order conversion. implement full sales cycle, including market research, detailed RFQ probing, pitching, closing and maintaining customer relationships.
Order handling, contract review, coordinating with factory & OMC & customer for documents approval.
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities through various leads.
Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer retention.
Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships through tactical Key account management approach.
implement the Sales development plans and strategies of organizations for respective region to achieve sales goals.
Responsible for sales goals, metrics, and milestones. Track and report on progress periodically.
Keep track of various relevant trade shows and exhibitions to participate and improve our Brand/Product Awareness

Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

Experience in managing major accounts customers and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development.
Hands on experience / understanding of Pump/Valves business
Negotiation skills
Competent writer of business letters, quotations and proposals.
Good regional exposure and ability to identify Opportunities
Prior experience in proposal management and Application engineering would be an advantage
