Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ICU, ER, General Ward, and OT settings.
• Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Offer emergency support and interventions as required to manage critical situations effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of patient care, treatments, and progress.
• Assist in surgical procedures and post-operative care within the Operating Theatre.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and home care guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic patient support, fostering a healing environment.
