Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of Zoho applications for clients. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, client coordination, requirement gathering, team management, implementation, testing, training, Customer Support, Client Testimonials, Project-related escalations and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete Zoho implementation projects including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Desk, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Recruit and other Zoho applications.
• Conduct requirement gathering and business analysis sessions with clients.
• Prepare project plans, timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with functional consultants, developers and support teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage client communication and provide regular project status updates.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure quality assurance and successful go-live.
• Conduct client training sessions and handover documentation.
• Maintain project documentation and implementation reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related escalations from clients, ensuring timely resolution, effective stakeholder communication and maintenance of high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Obtain client testimonials and feedback upon successful project completion and coordinate the publication of approved testimonials across relevant company platforms and marketing channels.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• PMP or relevant certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in SaaS implementation projects preferred.

Requirements

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem and business process automation.
• Experience in project management and client handling.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP, HRMS, Helpdesk, Finance and Workflow Automation processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
