Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat support channels.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Handle multiple customer conversations and tasks simultaneously.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- B.Sc.
- M.Sc.
- BCA
- MCA
- B.Tech
- Freshers, trainees, or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in international customer service or calling processes are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
