Job Description :WE ARE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER FOR A MANUFACTURING COMPANY PRODUCTS: PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS, HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS, COSMETIC PRODUCTS, ORGANIC PRODUCTS Qualification: MBA (Marketing / Sales) Salary : Up to 420000 Lpa No. of positions : 1 Job Description : 1. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve network performance. 2. analyzing training needs. 3. Generate sales in new markets and establish new channels. 4. Converting urban market leads into sales & increasing count of distributors in network. 5. Solving grievances of the network, Managing Processes. Candidate should be comfortable for 10 - 15 days travelling. Languages: English (compulsory) , Hindi, Gujarati.
