Key Responsibilities

• Concept Development & Design
• Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements
• Prepare:
• Mood boards
• Space plans
• Concept presentations
• Furniture layouts
• Material boards
• Design proposals
• Offer drawings
• Production drawings
• Installation drawings
• CNC-ready drawing references where required
• Create BOM and material detailing support drawings
• Create aesthetically appealing and functional interiors
• Develop custom furniture concepts where required
• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment
• Space Planning & Technical Coordination
• Prepare optimized layout plans
• Ensure functionality, ergonomics, and circulation efficiency
• Coordinate with Draftsmen for technical detailing
• Ensure designs are technically feasible for manufacturing and execution
• Review shop drawings and technical submissions
• Client Coordination
• Conduct client meetings and requirement discussions
• Present concepts, layouts, and material selections
• Incorporate client feedback into designs
• Support design revisions and approvals
• Build positive client relationships throughout project execution
• Material & Finish Selection
• Select:
• Laminates
• Veneers
• Fabrics
• Hardware
• Lighting concepts
• Finishes and accessories
• Coordinate with Procurement and Vendors for samples and specifications
• Ensure materials align with project budgets and timelines
• Project Coordination
• Coordinate with Operations and Site teams during execution
• Conduct site visits where required
• Ensure design intent is maintained during execution
• Resolve design-related site issues
• Support timely project completion
• Presentation & Visualization
• Prepare high-quality presentations and client proposals
• Develop 2D and 3D visualizations
• Create rendered views and walkthrough concepts where required
• Support business development through presentation materials
• Design Documentation
• Maintain organized project documentation
• Ensure proper revision management
• Maintain design libraries and material databases
• Support BOM and specification documentation
  

Required Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in:

• Interior Design
• Architecture
• Furniture Design
• or related field
  
  

2–10 Years Of Experience In

• Interior design
• Furniture design
• Modular furniture
• Commercial interiors
• Residential interiors
• Turnkey projects
  
  

Preferred Industry Experience

• Office interiors
• Retail interiors
• Hospitality interiors
• Furniture manufacturing
• Fit-out companies
  
  

Strong Working Knowledge Of

• AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft PowerPoint
  
  

Preferred

• Mozaik
• IMOS
• PYTHA
• ERP systems such as Odoo
  
  

Fluent in English and Hindi
